College of Allied Health - Occupational Therapy Program Director
Seeking qualified applicants for a twelve-month position as the Program Director of the Occupational Therapy Program, beginning June 1, 2027.
The Program Director of the Occupational Therapy Program serves as the academic and administrative leader of 91ÆÞÓÑ's Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT) program, fully accredited by ACOTE. The Program Director is responsible for the management and administration of the program, including strategic planning, curriculum oversight, accreditation, budgeting, assessment, faculty development, continuous program improvement and leadership of the external advisory board.
Approximately fifty percent of the position is dedicated to administrative responsibilities, with the remaining responsibilities focused on teaching, scholarship, service and student mentorship as a full-time core faculty member. Successful candidates must have an earned doctoral degree in occupational therapy or related field, must hold current certification by the National Board of Certified Occupational Therapy and must be licensed or eligible for license in Arkansas. A minimum 8 years of experience as an occupational therapist and 4 years full-time experience in an academic appointment is required. Rank will be commensurate with experience.
