91ÆÞÓÑ is a private Christian institution affiliated with the Churches of Christ. In alignment with its mission and religious identity, 91ÆÞÓÑ prioritizes hiring active, engaged members of the Churches of Christ who align with and agree to uphold the University’s spiritual mission by adhering to the beliefs and institutional policies outlined in the Employee Handbook. Certain positions require Church of Christ membership and are noted below. For all others, if no well-qualified Church of Christ candidates are available, the University may consider others who are aligned with the Statement of Faith and who are active, engaged members in local congregations aligned with the Statement of Faith and the Employee Policies.

Qualified persons filing timely applications will be given consideration for the positions listed. Applications must accompany resumes to be considered for a position. Posted positions are open for a minimum of five working days.

Promotion from within is encouraged whenever qualified employees of 91ÆÞÓÑ are available and interested. The policy for employees requesting to transfer can be found in the Employee Handbook on Pipeline.

Unless otherwise noted, posted positions are 40 hours per week, 12 months per year.
