91�� College of Pharmacy administers an enriching 8-week Pre-Pharmacy Summer Internship designed to prepare aspiring pharmacists for their academic journey. This internship is open to undergraduate students interested in pursuing pharmacy education and careers, providing them with hands-on experience and mentorship opportunities under the guidance of seasoned pharmacy professionals. HUCOP works in collaboration with Walgreens to offer valuable exposure to the pharmacy field, enhancing the students' learning experience. Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program, show a keen interest in pharmacy, and maintain good academic standing. Applications typically open in September, with a deadline set for December 1 each year. The program operates on a rolling admission policy, allowing applicants to be considered as they apply. ASHP offers a competitive 10-week training program in national association management at their headquarters in Bethesda, MD. To be eligible to apply, students must be enrolled in a full-time ACPE-accredited doctor of pharmacy program, be in good academic standing and have an active membership with ASHP. Applications are due December 31.
